Participants experience the energetic relationships they have with different departments, with individuals and or external collaborators. It is an experiential process that reveals more than can be revealed in words alone. Constellation methodologies combine systemic, somatic and solutions-focused practices, to reveal hidden dynamics in organizations that other techniques can fail to identify. It supports the resolution of complex and difficult organizational issues, often in a fraction of the time of other approaches but more importantly constellations give participants an immediate experience of their organization as a force within a landscape of forces.
